The Restylane family

Six products, six different jobs.

Restylane is not one filler. It is a family of hyaluronic acid gels with different firmness and flexibility, and matching the gel to the area is most of the skill. Here is how we use each one.

Restylane Kysse

Built for lips. Flexible enough to move when you talk, with enough structure to define the border. Our default for first-time lip patients who want natural shape rather than obvious volume.

Restylane Lyft and Contour

The lifting products. Lyft restores cheek and midface volume and is FDA-approved for the hands. Contour is newer and moves more naturally in the cheek for patients who are expressive.

Restylane Defyne and Refyne

For the lower face. Defyne adds chin projection and handles deeper smile lines; Refyne is softer for finer lines around the mouth that need to keep moving.

Restylane-L

The original, firmer gel. We use it under the eyes, along the lip border, and for fine lines where precision matters more than volume.

How much does Restylane cost in Tampa?

We price by area, not by syringe. Lip filler starts at $475 for a half syringe of Kysse, under-eye filler is $700 and up, chin and temple filler are $775 and up, and cheeks, nasolabial folds, and marionette lines are $875 and up per area. There is no separate injection fee. Every price is published on our pricing page and reviewed quarterly, and your exact plan is set at consultation before anything is opened.

Which Restylane product goes where?

Softer, more flexible gels go where the face moves; firmer, more structural gels go where lift or projection is the goal. This is the map we use most often. The consultation confirms it for your face.

Who injects Restylane at Olympia?

Every syringe is injected by Olympia Morris, PA-C, the founder and lead aesthetic provider, with physician oversight from Dr. Oliver Morris, the practice’s medical director. How far is Olympia from downtown Tampa?

About 25 minutes. Take the Veterans Expressway north, exit toward Tampa Road or FL-584 west, and follow it to US-19 in Palm Harbor. We are at 33295 US Hwy 19 N, Suite 109, Palm Harbor, FL 34684, inside Sola Salon Studios in the Coral Landings plaza, with free parking at the door. From South Tampa or Westchase the run is often smoother than crossing town at rush hour, and same-day treatment after a consultation is often possible if you mention it when booking at (727) 274-1972.

Is Restylane better than Juvederm?

Neither is better across the board. Restylane is the more structural family and tends to win for cheeks, chin, and jawline support; Juvederm products are smoother and integrate beautifully in lips and fine lines. We carry both, and Olympia Morris, PA-C picks per area at your consultation rather than defaulting to one brand.

How long does Restylane last?

It depends on the product and the area. Restylane Kysse in the lips typically holds up to 12 months. Lyft, Contour, and Defyne in the cheeks and chin usually last 12 to 18 months because those areas move less. Under-eye treatment with Restylane-L tends to last 9 to 12 months. Metabolism and how expressive you are both change the number.

Does Restylane hurt?

Most Restylane products contain lidocaine, and we numb the area first with a strong topical. Patients describe pressure more than pain. Lips are the most sensitive area and the one where numbing matters most, so we give it time to work before we start.

Can I get Restylane the same day as my consultation?

Often, yes. If you are driving from Tampa, tell us when you book and we will hold time so the consultation and treatment can happen in one visit. Your first consultation can also be done virtually, which means the drive is for the treatment itself.

What if I don’t like the result?

Restylane is a hyaluronic acid filler, which means it can be dissolved with hyaluronidase if needed. That is one of the reasons we use HA fillers for first-time patients. In practice, conservative placement and a two-week review visit mean adjustments are small and dissolving is rare.

Do you offer Restylane Lyft for hands?

Yes. Restylane Lyft is FDA-approved for the back of the hands, and it is one of the products we use for hand rejuvenation alongside Radiesse. Hand treatment is quoted at consultation.
