SkinVive in Tampa | $800 Skin Booster | Olympia Aesthetics

Serving Tampa from Palm Harbor

SkinVive in Tampa: the skin booster, not a filler.

SkinVive by Juvederm is a microdroplet hyaluronic acid injectable that improves cheek smoothness and glow without adding volume. Olympia Aesthetics & Wellness offers it for $800 per session, injected by Olympia Morris, PA-C, about 25 minutes north of downtown Tampa.

Why the drive

Why Tampa patients come to Palm Harbor for SkinVive.

SkinVive is a technique treatment. The result depends on even, shallow placement across the whole cheek, and on an injector who can tell you when a skin booster is the right call and when it is not. That judgment, and the fact that you see the same provider every visit, is what Tampa patients drive up for.

What it is

Hydration from the inside, for up to six months.

SkinVive is the first hyaluronic acid microdroplet injectable FDA-approved to improve skin smoothness of the cheeks. It works in the skin itself rather than beneath it.

How it works

A thin hyaluronic acid gel is placed as dozens of tiny droplets just under the surface of the cheek skin. HA binds water, so the skin holds more hydration, looks smoother, and reflects light better. Nothing is lifted or reshaped.

Who it suits

Patients in their 30s to 60s whose skin looks dull, crepey, or tired even when the volume is fine. Also a strong pick for patients who want a refresh without anyone being able to tell they had something done.

What a visit looks like

Topical numbing, then roughly 20 minutes of injections across both cheeks with a fine needle. Small bumps at the injection points settle within hours. You can drive back to Tampa straight after.

What it pairs with

Neurotoxin and structural filler the same day, since they work in different layers. For skin quality projects, a MOXI laser series plus SkinVive twice a year is one of the most popular combinations we do.

Straight answers

What Tampa patients ask before they book.

How much does SkinVive cost in Tampa?

SkinVive is $800 per session at Olympia Aesthetics & Wellness, which covers both cheeks. That is the published price on our pricing page, reviewed quarterly, with no injection fee added on top. Most patients repeat it every six months.

SkinVive vs dermal filler vs HydraFacial vs MOXI: which one do you need?

They solve different problems, and Tampa patients often ask for one when they actually want another. This is the comparison we walk through at consultation.

Treatment Goal How it works Downtime Starting price How long it lasts
SkinVive Smoothness, hydration, glow in the cheeks Microdroplets of HA just under the skin Minimal; small bumps for hours $800 per session Up to 6 months
Dermal filler Volume, lift, contour Structural HA placed deeper 1 to 3 days of swelling From $475 (lips, half syringe); $700 to $875+ per area 6 to 18 months by area
HydraFacial Surface glow, congestion, hydration Exfoliation, extraction, serum infusion None From $199 Weeks; ideal monthly
Sciton MOXI Tone, early sun damage, texture Gentle fractional laser 24 to 48 hours of redness From $650 per session Series builds long-term results

Prices are current published prices at Olympia and are reviewed quarterly. Duration reflects manufacturer labeling and what we see in practice.

Who performs SkinVive at Olympia?

Every SkinVive session is performed by Olympia Morris, PA-C, the founder and lead aesthetic provider, with physician oversight from Dr. Oliver Morris. The Palm Harbor SkinVive page covers the treatment in more depth, and our dermal filler overview is the place to start if you are weighing volume against skin quality.

How far is Olympia from downtown Tampa?

About 25 minutes. Take the Veterans Expressway north, exit toward Tampa Road or FL-584 west, and follow it to US-19 in Palm Harbor. We are at 33295 US Hwy 19 N, Suite 109, Palm Harbor, FL 34684, inside Sola Salon Studios in the Coral Landings plaza, with free parking at the door. From South Tampa or Westchase the run is often smoother than crossing town at rush hour, and same-day treatment after a consultation is often possible if you mention it when booking at (727) 274-1972.

Skin quality, planned

One treatment rarely does it alone. A plan does.

SkinVive is at its best as part of a skin quality plan rather than a one-off. For Tampa patients, that usually means SkinVive twice a year, a MOXI laser series for pigment and texture, and a HydraFacial between visits. Structural questions, like cheek or chin support, get answered separately with Restylane or Juvederm.

If you are not sure which bucket your concern falls into, that is exactly what the consultation is for. Olympia will look at your skin and your photos and tell you whether a booster, a laser, a filler, or a combination is the honest answer. Everything else we offer Tampa patients is on our Tampa med spa page.

Common questions

SkinVive questions from Tampa patients.

Does SkinVive add volume or change my face shape?

No. SkinVive is placed as tiny droplets just under the skin surface, not in the deeper planes where structural filler goes. It improves smoothness, hydration, and glow in the cheeks. If you want lift or contour, that is a dermal filler conversation, and we can do both.

How long does SkinVive last?

In the studies behind its FDA approval, improvement in cheek skin smoothness lasted through six months after a single treatment. Most patients repeat it twice a year. Sun exposure and skincare habits affect how long you hold the result.

Is there downtime after SkinVive?

Very little. Expect small bumps at the injection points for a few hours and possibly light bruising for a few days. Most Tampa patients drive up, have the treatment, and go about their day. Skip strenuous exercise and alcohol for 24 hours.

Can I get SkinVive the same day as Botox or filler?

Yes, and many patients do. SkinVive pairs well with neurotoxin and with structural filler in the same visit because it works in a different layer of the skin. It also stacks nicely with a MOXI laser series for patients chasing overall skin quality.

Who is not a good candidate for SkinVive?

Anyone with an active skin infection or inflammation in the treatment area, a history of severe allergic reaction to hyaluronic acid products or lidocaine, or who is pregnant or breastfeeding. The consultation screens for all of this.
