The story

From the ER to upstream medicine.

Six years of emergency medicine teaches you what happens when people arrive too late. Chest pain that started three months before the ambulance was called. Diabetic ulcers on feet that hadn’t been looked at in a year. Stroke risk factors that were never addressed before the stroke happened. Problems that could have been prevented if someone had caught them earlier.

Emergency medicine is a critical last line, and I’m proud of the work we do at HCA Florida Oak Hill every shift. But the ER is downstream of almost everything that actually matters. After years of seeing the same preventable patterns, I wanted to work on the other side.

That’s why we started Olympia Aesthetics & Wellness. Build relationships that last years instead of minutes. Address risk factors before they become events. Use medicine for people who are not yet in crisis but want to stay that way.

The programs we run (hormone optimization, GLP-1 weight loss, peptide therapy, aesthetic care) all share one philosophy: every patient sees a physician or PA, gets real labs, and gets continuity with the same clinician over time. It’s what I wish I had more room for in the ER.

Most of what ends up in the emergency room is not a surprise. It’s a pattern someone didn’t catch in time. Wellness medicine is just that same pattern recognition, applied a decade earlier.

What I believe

Three things that shape every visit.

01

A physician sees every patient

No telehealth questionnaires that never reach a doctor. No hand-off to a subscription chatbot. I personally see every TRT, peptide, and weight loss patient, and my wife Olympia personally sees every aesthetic patient. That continuity is the point.

02

Labs before prescriptions

Every program starts with a comprehensive baseline. Every follow-up is informed by what actually changed in your numbers. That means no default protocols, no one-size-fits-all dosing, and no prescribing without evidence.

03

ER experience informs everything

Years in emergency medicine means I know exactly what happens when optimization isn’t monitored and when problems aren’t caught. That backbone shapes every decision about dose, adjunct medications, and the safety guardrails I put around every protocol.

At Olympia

A family practice, literally.

Olympia Aesthetics & Wellness is a family-owned practice. I co-founded the clinic with my wife, Olympia Morris, PA. She runs the aesthetic side (injectables, lasers, Sculptra, skin programs), and I run the medical wellness side (TRT, GLP-1 weight loss, peptide therapy). We share a treatment philosophy, a front desk, and four kids at home.

That structure matters. When you come in for a consultation, you’re not talking to a rotating roster of prescribers working on commission. You’re talking to people who built this clinic the way they wanted medicine to work, and who are still here because we have skin in the game. If something isn’t right, you reach us, not a voicemail tree.

We built the practice we wanted to send our own family to. That’s still how we run it.
