The story

From public health to aesthetic medicine.

I came into medicine through public health. A Bachelor of Science at the University of South Florida, then a Master of Public Health and Physician Assistant degree from Butler University in Indiana, then years of clinical practice. Along the way, what kept pulling me forward was the same thing that drives aesthetic medicine done well: paying attention to how small, well-timed decisions shape someone’s life over years and decades.

Aesthetic care looks like vanity from the outside. From the inside, it’s careful, technical work that touches confidence, professional presence, and the way patients see themselves in the mirror. The wrong dose of a neuromodulator, the wrong filler placement, the wrong laser depth, those decisions can leave a face that does not move naturally or skin that takes months to recover. The right ones look like nothing happened, and the patient just looks like a rested version of themselves.

That’s the practice I wanted to build. Restrained. Technical. Built on relationships that last years, not single transactions. We started Olympia Aesthetics & Wellness around that philosophy in Palm Harbor.

I’ve trained extensively with leaders in aesthetic medicine across injectables, Sciton laser technologies (BBL HEROic, HALO, MOXI, TRIBRID, ProFractional, Contour TRL), and advanced skin programs. Every program I run starts with a real consultation, an honest assessment, and a plan that fits what the patient actually wants over the next year and beyond.

The best aesthetic work looks like nothing happened. The patient looks rested, even-toned, like themselves at their healthiest. That is the goal, and it is harder to do than the dramatic version.

What I believe

Three things that shape every visit.

01

Restraint is the technique

The hardest skill in aesthetics is knowing how much not to do. I would rather under-treat and have a patient come back for a touch-up than over-treat and have them frozen, puffy, or unable to express themselves. Subtle wins every time.

02

Provider-led, not technician-led

Every injectable, every laser, every skin program at Olympia Aesthetics is performed or supervised by a board-certified clinician. No commission-driven recommendations, no hand-offs to an aesthetician who has not seen your history. You see me.

03

A plan, not a transaction

Most patients do best when their care is sequenced over months and years. A laser today, an injectable cycle next quarter, a skin program in between. We map out what the goal is and what cadence gets you there, instead of selling whatever is in the room.

At Olympia

A family practice, literally.

Olympia Aesthetics & Wellness is a family-owned practice. I co-founded the clinic with my husband, Oliver Morris, DO. I run the aesthetic side (injectables, lasers, Radiesse, skin programs), and he runs the medical wellness side (TRT, GLP-1 weight loss, peptide therapy). We share a treatment philosophy, a front desk, and four kids at home.

That structure matters. When you come in for a consultation, you are not talking to a rotating roster of providers working on commission. You are talking to people who built this clinic the way they wanted aesthetic and medical care to work, and who are still here because we have skin in the game. If something is not right, you reach us, not a voicemail tree.

We built the practice we wanted to send our own family to. That is still how we run it.
