Sculptra in Clearwater.
Collagen-stimulating biostimulator. Gradual, structural lift across cheeks and jawline that builds over months and lasts up to two years. About ten minutes north of Clearwater on US-19.
Sculptra is not a filler in the way Juvederm or Restylane are. It is a biostimulator — a poly-L-lactic acid suspension that triggers your own body to produce new collagen over the months following treatment. The result is gradual, structural, and natural-looking, because what you are seeing is your own collagen, not injected gel. For patients who want lift without the look of being filled, Sculptra is often the right answer.
Most patients need 2–3 vials spread across 2–3 sessions, four to six weeks apart. The result builds over the following 2–3 months and lasts up to two years. It is the longest-lasting injectable in our practice.
“Sculptra is what we recommend for patients who want the structural lift of filler without anyone noticing they’ve had anything done.”— Olympia Morris, PA-C
The four most common reasons patients ask.
Mid-face volume loss
For patients in their 40s and 50s who have lost the structural cheek volume that supports everything below — but want to avoid the look of cheek filler.
Hollow temples
Temple hollowing is one of the earliest signs of bone resorption. Sculptra restores temple fullness gradually without the lump risk of dense filler.
Crepey upper neck and decolletage
Off-face areas where biostimulators uniquely excel. Sculptra builds collagen in the neck and chest where laser-based treatments have limits.
Buttock and body contouring
Sculptra is also used for non-surgical buttock enhancement. We discuss this on a case-by-case basis.
About forty-five minutes, per session.
Consultation (15 min)
Photos, treatment mapping, and discussion of expected results. Because Sculptra builds gradually, we set clear expectations about the 2–3 month timeline.
Numbing + reconstitution (10 min)
Topical numbing while we reconstitute the Sculptra vial. The product is mixed with lidocaine for additional comfort.
Treatment (15–20 min)
Sculptra is delivered with a cannula in deep planes — typically the cheeks, jawline, and temples. Most patients describe it as pressure rather than pain.
Massage + aftercare
You massage the treated area five times a day, for five minutes, for five days (the “5-5-5 rule”). This ensures even product distribution. Next session 4–6 weeks later.
Per vial.
Most patients require 2–3 vials total, split across 2–3 sessions four to six weeks apart. Final result builds over 2–3 months and lasts up to two years.
