How do memberships save me money?

Each plan is priced under the à la carte equivalent of its included treatments, sometimes meaningfully (the Tox plans save $45-$171/mo). Bonus services (LightStim, Lip Flip, BBL, Halo, RF Microneedling) are not available outside of a membership at those rates.
Can I pause or cancel?

Memberships are commitment-based. Skincare is 6 months, Filler is 1 year, Smooth Skin is 12 months active. Early cancellation terms are reviewed in writing before sign-up. Pauses are considered case-by-case for medical reasons.
Do unused treatments roll over?

Neurotoxin treatments do not bank. Your every-3-month visit is the rhythm and missing it doesn’t accrue extra units. The Filler plan is the exception: your monthly credit accrues in a “bank” that never expires while you’re enrolled. Smooth Skin sessions are unlimited during the active 12 months.
Can I switch plans?

Yes. At the end of any commitment term, you can switch to a different membership or step down to maintenance (Smooth Skin). Mid-term changes are reviewed case-by-case.
What happens at my first visit?

Every first visit begins with a thorough conversation: skin analysis, goals, medical history, and a hand-drawn plan. We confirm the right membership fit, set your cadence, and put everything in writing before anything is charged.
Who performs the treatments?

Olympia Morris, PA-C performs all membership treatments. Oliver Morris, DO is Medical Director and oversees clinical protocols. We are an expert provider-led practice.
