During a dermaplaning treatment, our practitioners use the dermaplaning tool to glide over your skin at a 45-degree angle, gently exfoliating and scraping away the top layer of dead skin cells. This treatment process typically takes around 30 minutes to complete a full removal of
dead skin cells around the face.
It is essential to refrain from any chemical or exfoliating treatments for at least three days prior
to your appointment. Please avoid exposing your skin to direct sunlight or tanning before and after your treatment to prevent skin irritation or potential negative side effects.
While dermaplaning and dermabrasion are exfoliating treatments, they employ very different
exfoliation techniques. Dermaplaning uses a specially designed scalpel to remove dead skin
